Thanks for supporting Rhythm & Hues, our community, and our artists.  We certainly hope you love your recent purchases, but on the off chance you are experiencing any issues, we're here to help! 


Please submit photos of damaged orders to hello@rhythmnhues.com for quick support. We will replace damaged or incorrect orders from the last 30 days.

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A clear photo showing the damage or error

  • Whether you’d prefer a replacement or a refund

We will replace or refund any damaged or incorrect orders reported within 7 days of delivery.


Custom-Size Fine Art Prints


Custom-size fine art prints are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless:

  • They arrive damaged during shipping, or

  • There is an error in the order for which Rhythm & Hues is responsible.

In those cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to make it right.


Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items (excluding custom-size prints). Items must be returned in original condition.

  • Shipping and handling fees from your initial order are non-refundable

  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label, so you can send your item back at no cost

  • Once we receive your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at hello@rhythmnhues.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Be sure to include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • The email address used at checkout

Cancellations are not possible after 48 hours or once the order has shipped. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after cancellation is confirmed.
